Commission slot
I take 1-2 slots each time and will confirm with you on the slot opening availability.
Commission time will vary depending on my schedule and the complexity of your request. The actual time estimation will be discussed based on your request description.

  • Vtuber model (As in design to make files to be used in Vtuber programs. Fanart of existing Vtubers is ok.)

Terms and Conditions

  • I have the right to reject order from the start for any reason.

  • Artwork will be digital pieces and not including printed forms. You can print out for personal use.

  • Full payment upfront to start commission.

  • Payment via Paypal.

  • Payment is based on (HKD) Hong Kong Dollar.

  • Refunds only applicable if I am unable to finish the commission.

  • I retain the rights to the artwork as the creator.

  • Commerical use/profits is prohibited unless previous agreement. You can use the piece for personal use only, by default.

  • Do not use the artwork for AI/ NFT purposes.

Payment

  • Paypal / local bank transfer is acceptable.

  • Payment upfront is required. (Depending the amount, large amount can be 50% deposit first)

  • Paypal commissions will be charged in my currency, Hong Kong Dollar (HKD). Please check the rate Paypal may charge you before commencing payment.

  • Refund is not applicable once you agreed to the terms and paid for the commission. Exception is only for cases when I am unable to complete the work.

Multiple characters in different body portions
Count the highest portion as base price and additional characters of lesser portions have discounted fee. Rate will be discussed based on your request.

How To Order

1. Send me request form/ dm to discuss slot availability.
2. Once we agree on the fees and deadline, you will receive an agreement via email with full price and terms.
3.If contract is accepted, proceed to payment stage. 100% or 50% upfront depending on the amount involved and agreement. Remaining 50% payment is required after lineart stage to strat rendering.
3. The number of revision is discussed in the agreement.
4. No cancellation after payment is received* (see TOS) You will get updates throughout stages of making the art.
5. After you approve the final stage, the final piece will be sent to you in high resolution by email.
6. Kindly credit me if you are posting the work. You will receive two versions. One original without watermark and one for posting with watermark.
